| Infant Siblings | Free for infant siblings up to 12 months old at the time of your child's first class of the semester |

BY REGISTERING YOU ARE SIGNING OFF ON THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT + UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CLASS POLICIES LISTED BELOW: *Miss Michelle, Miss Michelle Music, Michelle King, Kids' MusicRound of Collingswood, Kids' MusicRound LLC, Little Music + Little Image Photography and the location of class are not responsible for any personal injuries sustained during class or health conditions, personal possessions brought to class by a participant, or COVID-19 diagnosis during the class and during the semester. By attending, you are assuming liability for yourself, your possessions and your own family. As we are doing our best to impose a structure for success in keeping everyone safe, it is the responsibility of each individual family to respect others, including Miss Michelle, and to be mindful of the process. It is the adult's responsibility to watch over their own children. (THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!)
CLASS POLICIES: *NO FOOD ALLOWED during class or on the premises of the class, thank you! *Nursing is ALWAYS welcome! *Please refrain from using cell phones during class, however you may take video or pictures of your child, of course! *Grownup participation is expected to make for a caring and nurturing environment. *Only one grownup per family may attend. *Please register all children that will be attending class weekly. *If you are not feeling well, please stay home. *Plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of class. *No refunds will be offered for classes that are moved online due to inclement weather. *Classes with fewer than 5 families registered are subject to be cancelled. We are happy to find another class for you to attend if needed! *Withdrawl from the program is permitted within 6 days of your first scheduled class less a $55 fee for materials. *No pets are allowed in class but service dogs are always welcome. *No refunds will be given for missed classes. *Payment is due at the time of registration. Should you pay by Venmo only include your child's first name in the comment line only with no emojis and do not mark as a service to avoid additional fees. Failure to do so will incur a $20 fee. *Non-payment following registration online after 5 days will result in the space no longer being held for your family. *Nonpayment following your first class attended will result in a $20 service charge. *Only one promotion/credit/offer may be used during a semester and are not able to be used cumulatively. *Makeup classes must be completed in the semester you are registered for and do not carry over to a new semester. *By registering you are confirming your understanding of these policies. Gift Certificates are available! Any denomination! Gift Certificates may used towards a semester of classes or a music party, expire one year after purchase. Please email Michelle at missmichellemusic@yahoo.com for more information and to set up a purchase.
