Spring Semester 2023 (April-June)

Kid's MusicRound with Miss Stacy hosts classes over 10 weeks on Tuesdays at Weathervane Playhouse in Akron, OH, Wednesdays at Storybook Yoga Balanced Minds in Macedonia OH.

Kids' MusicRound is a fun-filled award winning music and movement experience for infants, toddlers and preschoolers through age 5 years. Our music classes include activities designed to promote musical learning across ages.

Each class provides interaction and musical play between caregivers and children, in a fun-filled, non-performance environment. We'll sing, dance, and play with various child-safe rhythm instruments. Classes are approximately 40-50 minutes in length. All registered families receive our musical collection via download for the semester, which includes traditional and original compositions from all over the world.

Our Classrooms and instruments are cleaned and sanitized for your families protection between each class to allow for a worry free environment. We hope you will join us!

MusicRound® (Newborn - 5) Akron: Storybook Yoga With Miss Stacy 8791 S Freeway Dr Macedonia OH 44056 A music and movement class for infants, toddlers and preschoolers that includes activities designed to promote musical learning across ages. In our signature mixed-age class, infants, toddlers, and preschoolers along with their parents or caregivers join together as a musical community. Activities include playing rhythm instruments, having fun with finger plays, and singing and dancing to music of different meters and tonalities. A mixed-age setting allows children the freedom to develop basic skills like singing in tune and keeping an accurate beat at their own pace. Since there is no set age for these skills to be acquired, these classes provide a non-performance opportunity for musical exploration that the whole family can enjoy. She is happy to be back in her hometown of Twinsburg, OH after nearly a decade in South Florida. Stacy has been performing in musical theatre since the age of 6, having portrayed iconic roles such as Maureen in RENT, Madam Rose in Gypsy, Nancy in Oliver!, and so many more. When she is not on stage, Stacy has always kept music at the forefront of her career. She participated in many live events and voice-over work for radio and television. While in Florida, Stacy’s position at WLML 100.3FM led her to a new appreciation of The Great American Songbook.
