Owen, Lindsay

Miss Lindsay is an experienced vocalist, licensed Kids’ MusicRound teacher, and proud mom to her five-year-old son, Patrick and 9 month old daughter Mabel. Thanks to her parents introducing her to music from a very young age, Lindsay has been singing for as long as she can remember. She sang in choirs, took private vocal lessons, and attended many vocal camps and schools throughout her childhood.

In high school and college, Miss Lindsay was a soloist, lead singer in a band and worked as a theatre camp counselor for the city of Sunrise, Florida, where she taught vocal performance and theatre to children of all ages.

Lindsay performed at several venues throughout Florida and California including singing the National Anthem for The Miami Heat, Los Angeles Dodgers, and NASCAR. She received many accolades for singing and stage presence and was nominated for a Silver Knight award in Musical Theatre.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English-Creative Writing, Minored in Music Performance, and also obtained her Masters of Business Administration.

When Lindsay became a mother, she realized how important it was to teach music from the start and also how much she enjoyed it. After discovering what an amazing early childhood music education program
Kids’ MusicRound had to offer, she decided to start Melodies and Me to help share the joy of music with other families in the community!

After teaching for 3 years in California, Miss Lindsay and her family moved to Arizona and live in a wonderful little town. Melodies and Me classes will now be offered in Buckeye, Arizona and Miss Lindsay is thrilled to be able to share this wonderful program with everyone.

Miss Lindsay’s interactive, high-energy classes will spark the inner musician in everyone and you and your little ones will leave classes humming new songs and tapping your toes! Sign up today!
